I don't think anything increases the warmness of a family home more than a beautiful wall portrait. I believe wall portraits and family portraits should be the cornerstone and focal point of decorating the common areas of your home. I have seen great wall portraits add not only beauty, but a sense of family to many homes. Studies have even shown that children who grow up in homes that have lots of family images, have a higher sense of belonging and better interactions with their family. If you do only one thing with the artistic portraits I create for you, I think it should be to have a correctly sized family wall portrait as the focal point of your den area.

When you order a custom book from Anya Coleman Photography, they really are custom. We take the time to sit down with you and show you all the options (and beleive me there are a ton) and work with you to design something unique that reflects your personality. Custom books are a great value too since they usually contain all of the images from your session for a lower price than if you buy all digital files.

Session Prices are for the time and talent to capture the images only. All products are A La Carte with no minimum, so you can get exactly what you want. See the full price list here

Maternity Session

^$150

If you are thinking about a maternity session, I generally recommend waiting until you are 6-7 months pregnant. You want that belly to show, and still be small enough that you feel CUTE! Would you like to capture and remember your pregnancy? My goal is to show you how gorgeous you are when you are pregnant.

Newborn Session

Newborns are Anya Coleman's favorite subjects to photograph because the opportunity to document a new little person is truly inspiring. Anya combines both her photographic talent and ability to gently handle her newborn subjects to create distinct portraits that will be cherished for a lifetime. Get those timeless newborn shots at our natural light studio.

It's best to photograph newborn babies from 5 to 12 days old. Babies older than two weeks of age tend to sleep less soundly and do not curl up as easily. Newborn acne and cholic may flare up at around 2 weeks of age, as well.
Session fee includes up to 3hr time for the session to allow for feedings, cleanings and keeping baby happy!
Session fee is for Anya's time and talent only and is due upon booking the appointment.
We understand that situations arise with little ones, so if you need to reschedule your session, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
The session fee includes the parents and baby. I highly recommend that you use this session to focus on the baby, but if you really want to include siblings there is an extra cost of $50 for up to 2 children.

Signature

^$150 and up

Our Signature session is available in several locations throughout the metroples. One of the favorites is the Dallas Arboretum. It also may include a studio session for anything other than newborn and maternity sessions. So baby, family, and senior sessions fit under this category. Additional charges may apply for large family groups.

The creative fee secures your session date and covers Anya's time/talent.
It provides you with session at our studio or an on-location photo session (up to 2 hrs)
The fee covers up to (4) four people for the session, extra cost of $50 for up to 2 children.
Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted in the studio.
Gift Certificates available for baby showers, birthdays, holidays upon request.
Session Fee DOES NOT include prints or digital images.
All images are available in black & white, sepia, color .
